A Microsoft support staffer has been replaced after a year of work for Windows 10 web hosting.
The support employee was hired to help manage customer support and help resolve problems with support tickets, according to a post on Microsoft’s Support Community page.
The post says the support worker will remain with Microsoft in its Seattle office.
Microsoft has yet to respond to Ars’ request for comment on the replacement.
The move to replace the support staffer comes after a number of Windows 10-related issues and controversies have cropped up in recent weeks.
Last week, the company announced that Windows 10 Mobile would soon be coming to PCs running Windows 10 Enterprise, which was originally announced in November.
The move to move the mobile-only version of Windows from Enterprise to Enterprise would mark a major change for Microsoft.
