Paytm, KLook and Weber grill customers’ paypal emails via live Chat


A recent incident involving Paytm customer support via Live Chat on WhatsApp has left the online marketplace facing a number of questions from its customers.

In a recent update, the Paytm Customer Support team confirmed that it has temporarily suspended all online customer support.

In the wake of the issue, the company also clarified that they are taking action to ensure that all Paytm customers are protected from any unauthorized third party accessing their payment history.

“We will continue to take appropriate action to address any issues in this regard,” the company said in a post.

“We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

In addition, we have suspended all live chat support services to ensure all customers have full control of their accounts and payments.”

However, this action comes at a time when Paytm has been forced to face accusations of corruption in the wake the scandal surrounding the paytm account.

The company has been accused of allegedly taking advantage of its customers by paying fake commissions and other unsolicited services to help its affiliates to grow their online businesses.
